FATWA – Zaid Hamid and his followers are Kaafir. December 6th,2011
Jamia Uloom ul Islamia Binori Town and Jamia Binoria International have jointly issued a Fatwa declaring Zaid Hamid and his followers as Kafir.
We ask all those who are still following Zaid Hamid to repent because now following Zaid Hamid can lead you to eternal damnation in hell as you will no longer remain a Muslim. We must also mention here that apostasy carries capital punishment under Islamic law and Pakistani law.

In 2010, we contacted a lot of Ulema’s and asked them to give a Fatwa on Zaid Hamid. But most of the Ulema’s wanted to wait and give Zaid Hamid time to clarify his views. Due to this reason no written fatwa declaring him a “Kafir” was released by any Dar ul Ifta.
But I guess 1 and a half year was enough time for this murtad to do toba and rajo back to Islam. I in my personal capacity was always convinced that Zaid Hamid maloon will never do Tauba and will die a murtad and zindeeq.
May Allah save innocent muslims from the dajal of this kazzab.
